OHSA Heat Idnex iOS Application Links Redirects HTTP Link to HTTPS

The "Very High" screen ( Heat Tool/heatappweb_en/es.lproj/precautions_veryhigh.html ) had the link on line 19 changed from HTTPS to HTTP. When We tap on the link in the OSHA Heat Index it takes us the page web page after being redirected to the HTTPS from the HTTP version of the link you changed.
