Add white papers to Resources dropdown #1840
Description
The community white papers are not just a way to get involved but are also a resource available for members and people outside US-RSE. They should be easily discoverable as such, but they are not listed in the menu as an item under Resources.
Community Whitepapers should be linked to from the Resources dropdown in addition to the Get Involved dropdown in the main menu.
