SCM fails in deeper directory levels: data file not found by control streams (PSN/SCM on Windows)

Hello,

When I run stepwise covariate modeling (SCM) via PsN on Windows. SCM forward search proceeds until a certain folder depth, then all subsequent steps fail. The same control streams run successfully if executed higher up in the directory tree. Moving the SCM root to C:\ reduces failures but does not eliminate them.

I wonder if this is a bug or if there is a workaround?

This is a known limitation. copy_data is not supported for the scm. If many iterations are suspected you could run in C:\ and rename the dataset to a one character file name.
