Adding xpose as a dependency

I decided to add xpose as a dependency to the package (as "Suggests" for now). There are a couple of benefits (NM table import, plotting, ...) that I hope outweigh the costs of a few more upstream dependencies.
(not really an issue but a reminder for a F2F discussion)
