Collaborate with another cluster captain (what does "collaborate" mean here specifically?) [i think 'collaborate' was left a little vague]- in my recollection I think this means "share resources/information between cluster captains"
If cluster captain recruitment is a priority use case, that would suggest having a map of the entire community, so people can see where there are no clusters/captains designated yet (paul's note: "large area map highlighting areas with no clusters or captains" perhaps a new feature)
