Windows prompts to add firewall exceptions on first login

After logging in to Keybase, I'm presented with a Windows firewall prompt. On the UW network (which I've set as a public network because it's unencrypted and un-NATed), it recommends that you do not accept the exception. If you click cancel, you won't get prompted again, and I'm not sure if you can restore these prompts.
