Bug: storybook-design-token was loaded twice

Hey! Thanks for developing this :)

Unfortunately, I can't use it :( — I followed the guideline of the documentation and added it to my Storybook v9.1.8 and besides saying it was loaded twice, it runs in an infinite-loop.

storybook-design-token was loaded twice, this could have bad side-effects

I'm using the latest version 4.1.0.

The new version (v5.0.0) is impacted, too.

Please try adding "storybook-design-token/preset" instead of "storybook-design-token" to your addon list (main.js), if that happens.
