Saving UxDataset to disk best practice?

Hi!

I am working on SWOT LR data, using UXARRAY to convert the data from num_line, num_pixel to latitude, longitude coordinates. I build the grid from points, subset the dataset, and save the dataset to disk. Since each SWOT file has its own unique grid, is there a recommended or standard way to save both the dataset and its grid so that it can be easily reloaded into UXARRAY later?
