Continuous ESMF mesh files

Does uxarray support continuous esmf mesh files, i.e. those which have a connectionCount dimension rather than maxNodePElement?

We don't currently support them, see #686

However, we would be happy to consider adding support. Would you be able to share a grid file with us?

If the file is available on /glade/, a file path would work.
