Improve SystemFontFinder performance and add benchmarks

* Update SystemFontFinder to enhance font lookup efficiency.
* Update NameTable and TrueTypeFontParser with nullability annotations.
* Add SystemFontFinderBenchmarks and a sample PDF to the benchmarks tool to monitor font resolution performance.
