Vanilla version list is empty

Description of bug

When creating a new instance, the vanilla versions list is empty and just displays an empty dark text box.

Steps to reproduce

1. Windows 10 latest version
2. Run UltimMC Launcher
3. Login into a local profile
4. Press "Add Instance"
5. The bug is visible

Suspected cause

No ideas, honestly

This issue is unique

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.

All my versions loaded when I turned on the VPN analog (Zapret). It is possible that the download of versions does not occur due to the location.
