可以让 gcop 学习用户过去的 commit message history，以此作为 few shot 来指导生成 git commit message。
预期的使用方式
- 通过 .gcop 可以进行全局配置开启该功能，默认为关闭。
- 当 add project based config #126 这个 features 完成之后，可以基于项目的配置。
Allows gcop to learn a user's past commit message history and use it as a few shot to guide the generation of git commit messages.
Intended usage
- This feature can be turned on globally via .gcop, and is turned off by default.
- When add project based config #126 this feature is complete, it can be configured on a project-by-project basis.
