Out of resource for building RonDB

I managed to compile RonDB setting WITH_UNIT_TESTS=0.
WITH_UNIT_TESTS=1 failed, most likely due to lack of system resources.

So would be great if quota could be raised a bit from a max of 10 GB of memory
to at least 16 GB and preferrably 32GB.

Other than that it seems to work fine, tests are passing, disk subsystem seems slow
on the machine, but that is ok for testing.
