Error: Unable to access jarfile toolsUI.jar

Hi,
It is my first time using this tool. When I try to run the software using java -Xmx1g -jar toolsUI.jar, I get this error Error: Unable to access jarfile toolsUI.jar.

FYI, the toolsUI-5.5.3.jar file is available in the desktop and the current directory is C:\Users\Hp\Desktop. The java version is "11.0.19" 2023-04-18 LTS.
