App doesn't restart itself after updated by Microsoft Store

This sometimes causes me to miss messages and is kinda annoying. Some other apps (Spotify, Firefox) restarts themselves without issues, so I think there should be something that can be improved on the app.

I was told RegisterApplicationRestart might work but I have no way to verify it.

@AkazaRenn unfortunately this method is unrelated and even unavailable for UWP apps.

If your application is a UWP app, passing in AddPackageByAppInstallerOptions.ForceApplicationShutdown OR AddPackageOptions.ForceTargetAppShutdown when applying an update should schedule the app to restart after the shutdown + update.
