Show Aula Magna only when awaiting_approval = false

Each room booking has a field awaiting_approval, which is currently used only for Aula Magna.
Widgets should show the location of an event only if awaiting_approval = false.

Best course of action:

• Add a field to events to track if the room booking is approved or not
• Run a routine every morning that checks if bookings not approved have been approved
