Questions about the web3-react CI process?

Hello Team,

Thank you for creating this wonderful package(s).

i was going through the CI process of web3-react. Some questions popped in my head-

1. How is web3-react publishing their packages? Manually or through GH Actions? If GH actions then how?

2. For independent package releases using semantic version, is there a strategy/tool to do it?

3. Also i noticed this - Lerna is largely unmaintained lerna/lerna#2703 Will this make you guys abandon Lerna for something else?
