Cannot Analyze Addressable in project with Unity 2022.3.5f1 LTS

Expected behaviour
Analyze Addressable in Unity 2022.3.5f1 LTS project will throw error at the Dotween plugin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Windows/AssetManagement/Addressables/Analyze'
2. Click on 'Analyze Selected Rules'
3. This (wrong behaviour) happens.

Notes
The issue seems to be with how Dotween plugin is referenced in the project
