Image issue with Minerva #99
Description
The Minerva image viewer that replicates the functions of Extension:MultimediaViewer has an issue with PortableInfobox where it does not prepend the File namespace to the file name in the URL when it loads, causing an error to display instead of the image.
i.e.
#/media/FILENAME.png
instead of
#/media/File:FILENAME.png
