URL to call and open the file with vscode/uvls

I was wondering if it's possible to expose a url that after being used, opens vscode with the extension loaded. 

Thinking on the following use case. 

1. Do some modelling in flamapy.ide
2. execute some operations that do not need attributes.
3. HAve a button to call vscode and keep on editing for more complexity in uvls.
