Hello,
I’m trying to use the URCaps external-control to operate a UR7e from an application developed in RoboDK. The Polyscope X version running on the robot is 10.10.0.
The issue is that after I insert the external-control function into the program on the robot pendant, the node remains highlighted in yellow and I cannot start the program (the Play button is disabled).
I have already configured the IP address and port correctly, and even after refreshing/updating the node, it stays yellow. Because of this, I’m unable to run the program and establish the connection with RoboDK.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
