Add the possibility to generate a new UUID within the application

The UUID is the unique identifier that is created during the application installation, and that is associated to the measurements. For personal reason (see https://www.cnil.fr/fr/maitrisez-les-reglages-vie-privee-de-votre-smartphone#:~:text=identifiant%20publicitaire,-Les%20identifiants%20publicitaires&text=stock%C3%A9%20sur%20votre%20smartphone%20et,de%20renouveler%20r%C3%A9guli%C3%A8rement%20cet%20identifiant.), if an user want a new UUID, he have to desintall/install the application. It could be possible to generate a new UUI directly within the application.
