please remove "resize: none" from comment and instructorNote textareas

These used to be resizable. Now it does not work, at least with recent Firefox.

Sometimes these areas have a lot of text, and really small textarea makes reading and reviewing it unreasonably difficult.

And yes, there is preview option too, but:

• it, too, suffers from small size
• it does not allow writing corrections/additions to the text
