Create Cronjob / Manual button to update user IAM's in production

At the moment access is only updated according to user IAM's at the time they are logged in. This makes using mock-user in production harder since you could have outdated access if there user hasn't logged in for awhile

Both or only one:

• Cronjob checking access
• Manual button to run access updates
