macOS: Completed item still waiting, no extractable files found

Hello,

I seem to be running into trouble with unpackerr not starting an extraction. Here is the log

I'm not sure where to go from here or what to fix, any help would be appreciated

I dont think its ever worked, I've been trying to use unpackerr as a solution for when radarr can't import movies

This seems strange. I'm going to have to dig in the code to figure out what might be happening here. I'll get back in here in a few hours. Thanks for the extra details!

This is a strange one. Unpackerr can see the folder /downloads/A.Minecraft.Movie.2025.2160p.WEB.h265-ETHEL, otherwise it would produce an error about it. Apparently it cannot see the files inside the folder. Your permissions seem okay, but I do see an @ symbol at the end of all of them that likely indicates file system ACLs. Those could be part of the problem, I'm not sure. You should identify if you're using ACLs and if they're too restrictive for this app.

The only config problem I see is the extra space in these settings, but I don't think it'll cause this issue.

I do have the permissions set to those but nothings changed

The drive is connected to a thunderbolt 3 enclosure directly to the mac mini, and is formatted as Exfat. I think if the remaining troubleshooting steps dont work, I will be trying the native MacOS installation

I have the exact same behaviour currently. Maybe theres more to this than file permissions? And even if thats the case. Unpackerr needs to be more helpful to troubleshoot

Most of the time it's incorrect or missing volumes. This particular issue appears to be macOS not giving docker the volume in a way that works with unpackerr.

unraid docker unpackerr user here - same issue. File permissions even forcibly changed for the whole "delugeDownload" to "chmod -R 777". Does not look like a file permission problem to me. Folder is there. Rar file is in that folder. Everything seems to be fine. It just does not work.
