possible mouse UI improvements

The following are mouse interaction improvements:
For the workspace:

1. Hovering over the bar at the top of an operation changes the mouse cursor to cursor: grab;

2. Change to cursor: grabbing; when mouse is dragging the operation around.

3. Mousewheel currently scrolls vertically. Could we have ctrl-mousewheel zoom the entre display around the current mouse cursor position.

4. Horizontally and vertically scroll the workspace background when mousedown on any vacant part of the workspace background. so it appears we are dragging the entire workspace. Repeated mousedown, drag, mouseup operations effectively augment/replace using the scrollbars.

5. Double click L currently shows the operation menu when over an operation. Can we have ctrl-L2 zoom to focus almost the entire display to show that operation full screen (or whatver is regarded as maximum zoom as displays differ in res). (zoom-to-fit)

6. If possible can the zoom control at the bottom of the page update the display interactively while the user is dragging it. (If that is too slow, maybe its possible to zoom a canvas screencapture of the workspace and then redraw properly on mouseup)

7. For the Viewer:

• ctrl-mousewheel to zoom around mouse position (3)
• zoom to fit button next to zoom control (and/or ctrl-L2 to zoom to fit) (5)
• interactive zoom control. (6)

One more thing. Its currently possible to grab an operation by its title bar and drag it so far offscreen you can;t select it again to move it back.

If possible when dragging can you check the workspace boundaries are not exceeded.

I think having more navigation options would be a great addition. From my experience with apps and softwares that deal with moving around a canvas, there is typically a way to pan and zoom using combined mouse+keyboard interactions.

As Neon mentions, I think ctrl + scroll is the most common convention I've seen for zooming around the mouse location.

In terms of panning around the canvas I often see space + left mouse drag or middle mouse drag.

A left mouse drag is more often reserved for box selection, although I don't know if there are plans to implement something like that in AdaCAD?

I would be interested in working on pan and zoom controls if that is not already in progress elsewhere
