Hotkey to jump to previous or next?

Would there be a way to skip to previous or next video (or audio file) in the queue?

There is not.
Chancing the project code itself is probably not too hard, but it's the external control mechanism that can make things complicated here.
If there's some way to get input from the OBS API, then it might be fairly simple, but I'm not sure what's available.
Lastly, this kind of falls outside the scope of the project but if someone wants to do a PR or at lease propose a solution we could consider it.
