Docs for newbies -  Pico unit on the Smart Fan

I think for newbies, in using the Pico unit on the Smart Fan, it should be expanded, that it's not just the code.py which needs to be copied to the CIRCUITPY media, but all the required libraries which are present in the lib folder, which are referenced in the code.py e.g. the adafruit library, without any of these libraries the code is not going to function.
