Xpress users need to be able to submit their Xpress proposals and email notifications need to be sent out to Xpress users and Xpress scientists.
This discussion should be used to track the design decisions we make for the Xpress submission and emails, the final decisions should be tracked in this top comment.
Questions:
Who should receive emails and at which stages of submission/ approval should they receive them?
If a proposal ultimately ends up assigned to an instrument and the Xpress scientists on an instrument are different from the Instrument scientists emails are sent to through the rest of the access routes, how will we handle having different points of contact?
Should an Xpress user be able to add Co-Is?
How will we handle the Xpress questionnaire?
How will ISIS Xpress users access their legacy proposals?
Do we need to add to the knowledgeBase with documentation?
