After Installing only "Color-Palette" visible

Describe the bug
I recently installed this Project, it all seemed fine when installing it but nothing except the Color-Palette is visible,
did I do something wrong? the console says "plug-ins must be installed in subdirectories." and "Plug-in failed to create procedure".
Has it something to do with the weights? and if so how do I install them? It wasn't very clear to Me.

There is a change in GIMP Plugins API in 3.0 RC compared to 2.99. This error is caused by that.

@SwissRollBay, this still seems to be unsolved, please re-open the issue. And can you tell me how you enabled the error show....

For now it's working only on 2.99, yeah.

Would be nice to know before I try to install it that it doesn't work on the newest GIMP3. I had the same issues where only color palette is available (and doesn't seem to do anything, or I don't know how to use it). Also, I have no idea how to uninstall this now, since it's not working anyway. Clearly, I'm too dumb a user to utilize this haha

Also, I had an error about onnxruntime failing to be installed due to wrong version of Python, despite installing the newest version available (for Windows).
