Add support for full electricity prices in DK from Strømligning API

Full prices including tariffs, tax etc is available from the Strømligning API.

Would be nice to see the full price instead of just the electricity price.

This keeps coming back as a request, but I still think that this landscape is way too complex to implement with the limited internal capacity of these devices.

There is a simple/lean version of this prices endpoint that gives back a more microcontroller friendly format.

@rndfm : Our challenge is that we need to handle this for a number of countries, where both publishing format and price structure varies between countries. Also, we have seen that some countries have pricing models that vary quite a bit between grid companies in each country.

To manage all of that, we have moved the handling of the pricing models from the micro controller to our server. It has simply become to complex to do generic (for all countries) handling on the micro controller.

Maybe fetching from an internal service in a raw format instead? Then you can turn strømligning or equivalent on in your home assistant or whatever and then make prices available over mqtt in a standard format, then the reader does not need to store different price periods or fetch prices from nordpool?
