Build error in Slicer Preview Release

SlicerOpenCV extension has build issues on linux and macOS, which makes this extension unavailable on these platforms. Would it be possible for this extension to use a pip-installed OpenCV?

We aim for a green Slicer dashboard when releasing Slicer5. Therefore, we'll archive SlicerOpenCV and all extensions that rely on SlicerOpenCV, includig SlicerPinholeCameras, which means that they will not be attempted to be built every night. If the build issues are fixed then we'll re-enable the build.
