UDP communication between volcap and remote_eye_service should be documented

I had an issue with some remote_eye's not connecting automatically.

The problem turned out to be the UDP ports being blocked in the firewall, and I wasn't aware of this.

It would be good if this was documented somewhere. (Also because it was complete magic to me how the remote_eye_services could find the correct rabbitMQ in the first place
