Prevent Kv Ring Buffer overflow in case io.enq.valid is kept high for longer time

If io.enq.valid signal is kept high, Kv Ring Buffer will continiously save data even overwriting the next data. Ideally it should happen, but it might be a nice safeguard. Issue needs more thinking to make final decision
