I don't like the above and agree with @commentator24. I'm here to propose an idea. IO is similar in design to the medic in TF2, with the difference being that the medic has no cooldown to switch heal between allies. |

I don't suggest reducing the tether's cooldown with level, since it makes the character stronger without choosing a talent. |

Would be great to have some kind of visual indicator for tether range for IO, either tether color change, or range indicator show up, or sound
Make queued up actions after ultimate cast instead of resetting. (ult -> queue up tether -> queue up e -> queue up locket etc) right now it just cancels all actions
Also, some kind of QoL for tether when allies have blink would be great, either remove tether CD at max rank, or reduce CD when allies blink out.
IO's W and passive feels underwhelming:
New Passive Idea: Share active runes when tethered. IO has permanent phased movement
