I've spent months getting my bh score back, only to see it constantly trolled by fake reports and comm score scams. I've played for hundreds of games muted only to get 15 games unmuted for another 100 games of muted play, all because of fake reports for toxic chat when there are no swears, no curses, no flaming. The automated system does not work. It has never worked. Overwatch is a joke if it punishes even half of the games that I am NOT griefing in, because i have never once thrown a game or intentionally ruined it.

What's stopping me from playing anymore now is the fact that 3 games today, I've had the same player on the enemy team and he is 100% a smurf. I've see it clear as day that he is not legitimately playing the game mechanically at that level with <200 games played. The game is not fun when I'm playing with a team that is more interested in blaming each other for dying to a smurf than focusing and locking in to try and close out the game. It's herding cats, on top of the fact that this game will still just result in the salty losers 5-reporting everyone on their team and going next.

This game has negatively affected my mental health and I can't play it anymore. It makes me depressed to the point of dark thoughts over how long I've spent in this game, how much I've spent on this game, and how badly I want to play this game at a higher level, but the systems in place constantly prevent me from doing so (behavior score is a joke system) and the lack of any oversight means cheaters and account farmers can do whatever they like with no consequences.

Valve, you have utterly failed the community.
