Overwatch is a good mechanic in the game for the chosen players by the developer to judge those bad players in many cases. However, when looking at the user interface such as the playback buttons and timeline, I would like to comment to say the playback and timeline need some new designs that can give convenience for the reviewers in reviewing and judging the cases given. Although the current UI is just fine, it's quite non-smooth during reviewing.
For example, redesigning the timeline to a wider area (bottom of the screen) so that the reviewers can control the dot of playback by using the arrow buttons as the hotkeys because as a reviewer, I believe there are other reviewers who may need such convenience when making any observation or relook on certain time.
Besides, the playback of the game should have more hotkeys such as the remake of demos for heroes in the game. For every marker on the timeline, there should be placed with a feature where the reviewer can have the right to place his agreement on whether that marker is legit or logical because if a reviewer is reviewing a case, abuse of power might happen when a reviewer of Overwatch may simply agree (without proper reviewing) in concluding a wrong reported player to be guilty.
To me, downloading & decompressing a case (replay) will consume a few seconds only. However, reviewing a case is not good because most time when I want to initiate playback, I have to click on many buttons especially the fast forward and change of speed or the hero in order to jump to the reported player to view the situation. If the marker doesn't point to the reported situation, then I have to adjust the timeline by myself to review it again.
The best IMO are as follows:
smoother timeline where arrow buttons can be adjuster or controller
best for the timeline is a mouse wheel can be used as a timeline adjuster
up and down of play speed by using any hotkey (via settings)
