upon joining a server in tf2, i can't choose a class and join the game

After I join a server ( community servers and casual) I get stuck and I can't choose a class and if I be able to, it simply stuck as nothing changed and it doesn't even allow me to send someything in chat either. Commands like retry and change class won't solve the problem.

IIRC this is similar to another issue that was already reported on here, but I can't find the original issue right now.

Community servers are able to do wierd things with mod+plugins.
So, first you need to be sure, this not cause by server itself.

If it happens in Casual too then it's unlikely it's a community server issue.
