Buggy Screenshots with Steam Overlay

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

On Steam Gaming mode, i can render old ps2/3 games in 4k/2k and downscale it to 1080p, that allows me to play without AA blurriness and artifacts. Everything works fine in there.

But on desktop mode, if i use something like scb -w 2560 -h 1440 -W 1920 -H 1080 -f -- %command% on launch options, all of the screenshots took with steam overlay gets destroyed and green tainted, like this:

Also tried -gamescope instead of -scb but gamescope dont let me use a controller and breaks my steam overlays shortcuts.

This happened with Pragmata Demo and Hogwards Legacy, so its not a single game thing.
I dont have HDR or anything like that enabled on my display settings.
Screenshots taken with Spectacle looks normal, so its seems to be something with Steam Overlay:

If I don't use -sb or -gamescope on launch options i cant render the game at a higher resolution than my monitor's
