BUG: The mp4 video is playing incorrectly

Hello, author. I have an mp4 format video here that won't play. The error message is: DataError: Failed to execute 'decode' on 'VideoDecoder': An EncodedVideoChunk was marked as type key but wasn't a key frame. A key frame is required after configure() or flush().

Environment : macos 26.3, google 145.0.7632.117

The issue is that the first packet is not recognized as a key frame by browsers (since it doesn't contain an IDR slice). The fix is starting playback from the first true key frame; fix will land in the next version!
