Update BIOS and controller are failing

Update BIOS and controller are failing.
Here are the screenshot of steps happening.

I click on Validate

I can't click on installer, I have to click on restart, it does restart and then

It fails also if I try to update the controller (above the first picture) instead of trying to update BIOS (as shown in this serial of picture).
