Bug: Always defaults to /var/tmp as runtime path

For some reason image.Copy always use the /var/tmp path as runtime . This is a problem with low-memory devices. Podman uses the XDG_RUNTIME_DIR path to set it.

This is currently a minor issue since both Albius and ABRoot implements a workaround until a fix is found.
