enhancement: replace System Monitor with more modern alternative #286

The default GNOME System Monitor app, while fine enough, could be replaced with one of the nicer looking (and better functioning) alternatives that could be better suited to the out of box Vanilla OS experience.

The most notable two options in my opinion are Resources and Mission Center. Both adhere closer to GNOME's styles and designs, make use of modern GTK4 and Libadwaita fancies, and, arguably most important of all, provide more details in the form of GPU stats, CPU/GPU temperatures, extra specific stats about different hardware components, and nicer, tablet friendly interfaces.

The only loss in function moving away from System Monitor to say, Resources would be that Resources (nor Mission Center, from my testing) will expose the current storage usage in a way similar to System Monitor. This functionality would still be provided by Disk Usage Analyzer and Disks. Both of these applications provide storage usage in a more approachable way depending on what the user is trying to do anyways.
