Double (myarch) Firefox on App launcher

Issue Description

I have installed firefox with 'apx myarch install firefox' , option 1 , option 1 , firefox works and the resolution is correct but I got 2 link in app launcher

Steps to Reproduce

install firefox with 'apx myarch install firefox' , option 1 then again option 1 (repo and icons)

On what version of Vanilla OS this happens?

Vanilla OS 2 Orchid
