How to lock configuration

I read on the mod page this mod supports locking the configuration for server sync, and that it is off by defult. However I cannot seem to locate where in the config file the command to turn it on it. It doesnt show up in the in game configuration manager either. I may just be missing it, but its usually at the top. I've opened the config and searched for the work lock and couldn't find it.

The reason I want to lock the configuration is because I run a dedicated server. I want to set the drop rate for the backpacks, I realized when I set it I was the only one ever getting drops, and I checked my friends config and sure enough it wasnt locked and non of the changes I made synced.
