[Condition Request] - Buff Running Check #20

Ah, I am back to playing FFXIV after a bit of a hiatus. This plugin has always been my go to in handling more complex commands/macros. I am so glad it is still being maintained! I would like to request if you can add a buff running condition check of action ids. Example. I have
/ifstate -C /ac "Peloton" -which I have bound to my right mouse button so every time I do a mouse look, it would fire if not in combat.
It would be great that if I can add something such as
/ifstate -C /buffrunning !7557 /ac "Peloton" -Or something like this which would only fire if not in combat and Peloton buff is not up.
Otherwise, it would fire every time I do a mouse look. I really appreciate the work you do!
