GNB needs Reign combo added

I noticed while messing around with this plugin that there are currently no options for the level 100 combo. Having the ability to add it onto the Gnashing Fangs Continuation combo would be rather helpful in my opinion, Fated brand as well could do with being added to Fated Circle.

There are also a couple of jobs that I still haven't added anything back for, but I've been stuck in burnout (and low interest in the game) for months now. This is on the list, but if you (or anyone else) wants to contribute a PR, it'll probably get added a lot faster than waiting on my brain to get back in gear.
