Cross-validate Mapper Generated HGVS Strings w/ Pillar Project Mappings #49
Description
We have a large body of separately generated mapping information for Pillar Project datasets that would serve as an excellent validation set for mapper generated HGVS strings for those same data sets. We should leverage this data set to validate the results of mapping jobs for critical Pillar Project data sets are working as expected. This would not only give us added confidence in our data for Pillar Project data sets, but also for other data sets run through the mapping process.
