Pillar Project ingestiong script using incorrect classification levels

The pillar project ingestion script was using 5+ as the very strong level, when in reality very strong is only points=8. We should update the script so that 5, 6, 7 are strong and 8 is very strong.

Although the script isn't deployed, calibrations in the production environment have been generated using the new points mappings provided in the fix.
