Calibration only statistics calculation #586
Description
For paper figures, it is useful to have the ability to calculate the number of variant effect measurements within calibrated regions and with associated evidence strengths. We should add a script that tells us:
- How many variant effect measurements score sets with calibrations have in total
- How many variant effect measurements are within calibrated regions in calibrations that have evidence strengths
- How many unique targets this maps to
